I use the ankle sleeve primarily to increase width in the back half of my foot. I have narrow feet, including a narrow heel. When wearing the sleeve my heel never slips in my shoes/ boots. If I wear it from my fore arch back, it fills out mid sole area as well. The beauty of all this is it doesn't restrict toe area while providing extra width as well as support to the back half of my foot. Very comfortable, not hot in summer, washable and long lasting. I buy two pair at a time and switch them to every other day use. Highly recommend them.

The compression really works. When I received this I thought there would be no way it would actually fit my size 13 feet. It fits well and does the job. My ankle hurts less now that I/m wearing it regularly. It's thin enough to fit under sneakers without being uncomfortable.

Rolled my ankle very bad playing basketball; I could not walk on it for the first 3 days what so-ever. I didn't go to the doctor to get it checked out because I've had several sprains before playing basketball so I figured it would heal with time. It turns out it was my worst sprain ever. I believe it had to be a grade 3 sprain because it's been 3 months and my ankle is finally starting to feel back to normal. Luckily everything seems okay, but from now on I'm going to be very careful. This ankle brace i bought about a week ago, and I would have to say that it has made my ankle feel much better. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I would say so. I'm also taking Instaflex to help improve mobility in the ankle and it has certainly been working. I feel so relieved. I recommend this sleeve, it's comfortable and fit. You can't go wrong if you're looking for some extra support.

Most Amazing Ankle Brace. Period.
This ankle brace is AMAZING. I have been using them almost every day for about two years, and they have greatly reduced the number of sprains I get, and the healing time when I do roll over and get a slight sprain. This is, BY FAR, the best low volume ankle brace I have ever used. Would not travel without it. Not only good for hiking, but really reduces ankle wear while mountain biking. Fantastic product. I get new ones about every 8 months, as they stretch a bit over time - but let's face it, that is after more then 200 wears. I wear a size 9 shoe, and get an extra small for a snug fit. My husband wears a size 10 shoe; he is a skinny guy, and he wears a size small.

I had sprained my left ankle about a year ago at my sister's wedding. Too much sangria not enough water. But my ankle has never been the same and I've been troubled with back pain, shoulder pain and ankle pain since. It doesn't help that I'm constantly on my feet being in the medical field. Insoles helped at times, orthopedic shoes were great when I'm at work-but still my ankle would send shooting pains through my leg once in a while. Stubbornly I conceded to get this ankle brace after my Army Medic sternly advised it. Boyfriends are cute when they're being strong willed.
What first drew me to the ankle brace was the look. It looked like "Tron" gear. I read the reviews and thought, why not? The price was good, the reviews were good-got nothing to lose. The shipment was quick and very much liked the simplicity of the packaging. I bought a size medium and I'm usually a 9-9.5 wide. It's not too tight. But it was slim enough to fit underneath my socks which were not a thick fabric either. At work I almost forgot that I had it on. I'm very happy with this product and actually can't wait to use it when I try to run again. If this sounds like you, sans sangria, then give it a try. Make your ankles happy.

Does what I need them to do
I don't think they were designed to be a brace, as some may expect. I have used these on both ankles while trail running for my last 5 or 6 runs, averaging about 5-7 miles per run. They offer enough support to help prevent bad ankle rolls, offers a bit of protection from rocks, and they don't bother me while running. I bought the medium after using the fit guide. Any smaller, and they would probably be too tight and uncomfortable. I can't yet comment on durability. If they fall apart, I will update the review, but they appear well made.

Arrived on time, extremely comfortable, can be worn under dress socks or work out socks, and best of all it works. I thought since I did not feel any pain wearing it, it was not working. When I took it off at night my ankle had not swollen at all, it was the same size as the other. The company also has excellent follow up so if there is any problem at all they will take care of it, proactively. I was not paid for this review nor do I get reduced prices, although I will appreciate it if I do get some.

It's hard to find a good ankle brace for myself, I'm a big guy and the one size fits all tag doesn't apply to me. This Kunto Fitness brace though does the job and does it well. I ordered the large and it is a perfect fit, providing good support with a 6" boot on. I'll be ordering from Kunto again.

strong support without tightness
I recently broke my ankle and was using a support brace I got from the drug store. My original brace had a hole for the heel and it would become tight and uncomfortable after a while. The Kunto brace is like a really good support sock without the toes. It gave the same support without the added tightness and I was able to wear my shoes. I often wear my brace over a regular sock and it still does the job.

Good customer service, poor brace
Did not compress tight enough at the top (I have small ankles). Amazing customer service though I received a thank you e-mail just to see how I liked the brace. They were willing to replace mine even though I had already washed it.
The hem (the elastic rounded part at the openings) is thick and hard. It hurts the arch of my foot when wearing shoes.
I still use it when I roll my ankle skateboarding, but I put it on over a sock.

This ankle brace/sleeve is perfect if your looking for something to give you some compresssion and mild support. Id say it's a step above wearing a nice compression sock. It provides mild stability. I wear a men's size 10 wide shoe and the size small was perfect for the level of support I needed.

Not as snug as I would have liked, and I have average sized ankles. I do like that it doesn't have a heel hole as that was bothersome on another type ankle brace. I would say it gives my ankle minimal - average support, and it is better than nothing.
Is this worth the money I paid ... no and I won't be ordering another one. Too expensive for what you get.

I love this ankle brace! I had foot surgery and wear it as a support for my foot when I worked on the beach. It fit perfectly I can wear it for 8 hours and have no circulation problems, which is really impressive considering how swollen my foot is. I got the XS and I wear a size 8.5 shoe!

This is an awesome product. I ordered and elbow compression brace for tennis elbow last year and felt good about it. I think it really helped. This year I have Tendonitis in my heel. I had no problem or hesitation ordering another Kunto compression brace from CRCCOM.

Solid product that helps immensely with swelling and ankle pain. I'm about 6 months past ankle surgery and have a job that requires about 10 hours of standing and this brace is my lifeline throughout the day. The size is snug but comfortable with a quality material that I think will last a few months of heavy use. One complaint I do have though is that the stitching at the foot of the brace digs into my heal after about 5 hours of standing but it's just a minor gripe for an other wise excellent product.

Gives you some padding and support for your ankle. I'd say it's not a brace or therapeutic device at all, ie it won't offer you additional support if you're trying to immobilize your ankle or foot. It does give you some additional padding in the heel and ankle area and acts similarly to a compression sock. If that's what you're after than this is a good buy.

I really like this ankle brace
Overall I really like this ankle brace. It provides the extra support I need and I like the aesthetics as well. My only complaint about it is that where the bottom of the sleeve hits my foot seems to be right at a pressure point or something in my food, so if I wear it for an extended period of time or while doing strenuous activity it causes pain in the middle of my foot. So helps with the ankle but can cause pain lower in the foot.

wrenched my ankle badly and the brace provided by dr. was too unweildy for wearing a shoe and getting on with aerobics classes. have no idea if the Asian sounding name of this soft brace has anything to do with Kinisio philosophy but man, it sure feels good! pressure in all the right places which cause healing heat to generate and to relieve. feels better than dr's 300.00 brace. and it fits in my shoe. gonna sleep in it too.

Very nice but sizing was off for my ankle. Ive never worn a small or extra small in anything and they were too big. Very nice design though. I can see that it would work for those that can get a good fit. I wear a woman's size 7 1/2 or 8 shoe.

Helps to reduce ankle sprain
I sprained my ankle a lot (don't know why) and this helps me to reduce the frequency of getting injuries. It can be tight as it tries to keep your ankle in place. One of the favorite product for work out.

Almost immediate relief
I have had a sore heel (plantar fasciitis) that I think came from years of walking on city sidewalks. In addition, I hurt my ankle when standing on a ladder for an extended period of time while painting (I think I twisted it, hurting my arch in the process, but I don't actually remember a moment when that happened). The Kunto ankle sleeve brought relief to my heel, ankle and arch almost immediately, and I now wear it most of the time. The sleeve has been especially beneficial when I'm out for hikes on rough terrain. I'm giving this 4 stars because the top of the sleeve, where it meets the calf, has no elasticity, it just kind of hangs there, giving no support to my upper ankle. One thing to be aware of: The picture of the Kunto sleeve (and of other ankle sleeves on Amazon, for that matter) shows the product on a foot much smaller than mine (I wear men's size 13) . The foot portion of the sleeve only reaches from my heel to just a little past midway to my arch, while the leg portion isn't long enough the reach my calf. A broader selection of sizes than just small, medium and large might address this shortcoming (no pun intended).

Great lightweight brace
This is a great inexpenive and lightweight brace. I've broken my ankle 3 times and sprained it about a dozen times so it's really unstable. I had been working out with a thick aircast splint but wanted to try something smaller. When this arrived and looked barely thicker than a sock I was a bit concernd, but it's a really great brace! I do a boot camp workout with high impact jumps and sprints and I haven't had any issues!

My ankle often hurts like the dickens let me tell you. For instance, my spouse often requires of me extended periods of time on my feet performing various chores, both outdoor and in. While I do my best to reduce the steps required to complete the assigned tasks, it's never enough to avoid the painful effects of overuse in my feet (both) and ankle (right). As I write this review, I am eating some wonderfully buttery oyster crackers. But I digress. When I finally get off my feet after scrubbing the layers of filth from my body (see earlier reviews for Dove Bar Soap, 14-Count White and Rubbermaid Roughneck Step Stool, Bisque), I lay my exhausted bronzed body down and immediately slip into my Kunto Fitness Ankle Brace Compression Support Sleeve for Athletics, Injury Recovery, Joint Pain, and More! and the relief is virtually instantaneous, causing the burning sensation which mimics a scorpion repeatedly stabbing the side of my ankle just above the knobby part on the outside of the ankle extending upwards about two inches disappear . So you want to buy this if you want to kill that scorpion that is jabbing away at your ankle.

My ankle literally felt like it was falling apart. As someone who's had repeated sprains over the past 17 years (I'm 31), my ankle just needed some help. I super enjoyed my podiatrist saying that I had the ankle of a 60 year old. I wore this with my orthotics for a month or two and my ankle is pain-free. I wear it preemptively when I know I'm going to walk a lot and it keeps the ankle pain from coming back. I found it uncomfortable under socks but wearing it over socks felt just fine.

I broke my ankle roughly a year ago. even with rehab, it still gives me issues while working/working out. I also needed a slim brace(that actually was more than just elastic crap). I found both with this brace.
I wear a 9.5 wide shoe and the small is just fine. not constriction to circulation.

I have been using this for a year to help with my ankle tendinitis. I am active and play basketball three times per week.
A doctor gave me some ankle excersises to do to cure it, but they didn't really work. He suggested physical therapy, but I thought I'd give this a try first.
I wear it at night or when my ankle is sore and it has done wonders. I found the sizing to be accurate, the fit snug but not uncomfortable and the fabric is breathable.
I do not use it during activities, usually just for recovery.

First I bought extra small, but it turned out too tight around my toes and cut circulations. ( I am normally wear size 6 shoes so I have small skinny foot) Then I returned the extra small and got small one. It works great! I am recovering from trimalleour fracture of my right ankle. I was given a permission to take my walking cast off. Then I felt so vulnerable on ankle. My PT recommended supporting braces and after reading many of reviews on different products, I settled on this one. I am happy to report, it is not too tight and works great.With two other brands I tried, it was super tight to put on. It is already bit sensitive to put the brace on because of injury and so difficult to put it on with achy ankle. This one is not that way, at least for me. I still needs to watch up how much I do things, but this braces helps my ankle from swelling up like a puff fish.After doing Costco shopping and Trader Joes shopping, I came home and rest. My ankle did not swell up. I don't know how it is for everyone since we have different issues, but it works just perfect for me. Unlike other brands, just about right compression and provide support my ankle needs. I like the fact there is no weird heel hole in it. That was hurting on other brand I tried. So this one was a winner! I highly recommend getting this one. It is worse paying how much it is. My favorite brace for sure.

I wear size 11/12 shoe depending on width and this medium ankle support fit nicely. If I could change something I would make it a little longer at the bottom end. I strained my calf a couple months ago and while my calf now feels, I still have swelling in my ankle and calf. This Kunto ankle brace in addition to the Kunto Calf Compression sleeve keep the swelling at bay. I originally bought one of each just for the injured side. Since they fit so well and kept my legs refreshed all day I ordered an other set for the other side. I may order some for my high school sons to wear during their athletics too.
update 12/13/16: recieved my second set and now both legs feel refreshed after a day with these.

This really helped ease the pain I was having in my foot. Not sure what was causing it, but it is gone now. The brace provides sufficient compression with out being bulky or feeling too tight.

Just got this delivered and slipped it onto my left foot. I sprained my ankle over three months ago and I've been VERY frustrated trying to get back on the treadmill....and I mean just to walk, I don't even run! But my ankle still feels very fragile and swells up when I walk. This feels SO good on my foot, I can't wait to try it out. I just ordered another for my right foot, that I also sprained but not as badly. By the way, I took a trip to London and I walked so much, that is how I came back with two sprained ankles. With great walking shoes too. Ever heard of anything like that? I didn't even know it could happen. Anyway, happy to have these.

Cool design and it has a snug fit. I cant wear this with any shoe because the outside cutoff lining is a bit thick and it kinda hurts when you're wearing shoes and it pushes deeper into your meat and the sock is already tight. I would wear this at night when I'm sleeping.
